139.04.12 Helistop abandoned or closed

(1) A holder of a helistop approval shall give the Director at least 60 days written notice of his or her intention to discontinue the maintenance of a helistop or to abandon a helistop.

 

(2) If, after the expiry of the period of notice referred to in subregulation (1), a helistop is abandoned or is not maintained in accordance with the conditions of its approval, an owner of a helistop shall remove, obliterate or modify the marking on the helistop as prescribed in Document SA-CATS 139
