| (1) | When upper-air data for grid points in digital form is made available for use by air traffic services computers, the transmission arrangements shall be as agreed between the meteorological service provider and an appropriate ANSP. |
| (2) | When upper-air data for grid points in digital form is made available to an air service operator for flight planning by computer, the transmission arrangements shall be as agreed between a world area forecast centre concerned, the meteorological service provider and an air service operator concerned. |
