| (1) | An air traffic service provider shall establish a suitable communication service to transmit meteorological information to an aircraft and or receive meteorological information from an aircraft. |
| (2) | The content and format of meteorological information transmitted to aircraft and by aircraft shall be consistent with the requirements prescribed in Document SA-CATS 174. |
