(1) |
The following fees are, subject to the provisions of sub-regulation (2), payable:

for issuance of an operating certificate in terms of regulation 127.06.2 for a helicopter in the certificated mass class of— |

(i) |
less than 1 500 kg |
12,250.00 |

|
(ii) |
1 500 kg - 5 700 kg |

|
(iii) |
greater than 5 700 kg |
19,280.00 |
||
|
(b) |
for each helicopter placed on the operating certificate in the certificated mass class of— |

|
(i) |
less than 1 500 kg |
1,850.00 |
||
|
(ii) |
1 500 kg - 5 700 kg |
2,330.00 |

(iii) |
greater than 5 700 kg |
2,610.00 |

(c) |
for renewal of an operating certificate referred to in paragraph (a) in respect of a helicopter in the certificated mass class of— |

| (2) | Where an application for an operating certificate or an application for a renewal thereof relates to more than one certificated mass class helicopter, the fee payable is in respect of a helicopter in the highest all up certificated mass class applicable to Part 127. |
