for issuance of an operating certificate in terms of regulation 135.06.2 for fixed-wing aeroplane with a maximum certified passenger seating capacity of 19 or less passengers, or an aircraft in all-cargo configuration having MCM of 8618 kg or less

for each aeroplane placed on an operating certificate in the class referred to in paragraph (a)

for renewal of an operating certificate referred to in paragraph (a)
