Any person registered in terms of section 18 of the Act—

(a)	must pay to the Council an amount of R2,794-00 (two thousand seven hundred and ninety-four rand) as an annual fee for the period 1 March 2023 to 28 February 2024; or

(b)	pay to the Council a pro rata portion of the fee referred to in sub-paragraph (a), calculated from the date of application for registration, as an annual fee in respect of the unexpired portion of that year.
