Any person who-
| a) | contravenes section 60 or 69A; |
| b) | contravenes section 70; |
| c) | in connection with the registration of any unpolished or polished diamond for export wilfully furnishes information or makes a statement which is false or misleading; or |
| d) | fails to comply with 67(3), |
shall be guilty of an offence.
