Purchase

(1)	The secretary to the council keeps the minutes of each meeting of the council and includes such minutes in the agenda of the next council meeting when the agenda is sent out in terms of paragraph 15(3).

(2)	The minutes of all committee meetings must be included in the agenda of the next ordinary meeting of the council following the respective committee meetings.
