A registration certificate or duplicate registration certificate issued in terms of section 52(1) of the Act must be in Form 9 and must specify the information contained in section 52(2) as well as the following additional information:

identity number of the registrant in the case of a natural person, or the registration number in the case of a juristic person; provided that in the case of a partnership, the words "trading in partnership" must be specified; |
| (b) |
registration number of the registrant issued by the National Credit Regulator; |
| (c) |
signature of a duly authorised representative of the National Credit Regulator; |
| (e) |
date on which the certificate was issued. |
