Service providers must meet all the requirements of the Act in order to render services to adult victims of trafficking. Every service provider must ensure that measures are in place to promote and protect the rights of victims in an organisation and must display the following documentation of the organisation in a prominent place clearly visible to the public on the premises of the organisation; and must be maintained in such a state that it can be produced undamaged and in a legible condition:

non-Profit Organization registration certificate |

vision and Mission of the Organization; |
(d) |
complaints procedure for the Organization; |
(e) |
contact details of the Organizations |
(f) |
contact details of the national and relevant provincial departments of Social Development (where applicable Health and Social Development); |
(g) |
telephone numbers of toll-free help-lines and emergency services; |
(h) |
the Prevention and Combating of Trafficking in Persons Act, Act 7 of 2013 and its Regulations; |
(i) |
the Service Charter for Victims of Crime and violence in South Africa; |
(j) |
staff Emergency Evacuation Procedures in terms of the Occupational Health and Safety Act; and |
(k) |
organisational Procedure Manual |
