20.1	The Board may adopt a resolution without a meeting if at least a majority of the members indicate their support for the resolution in a manner and in accordance with a procedure determined by the Board.

20.2	A resolution in terms of subsection 19.1—

20.2.1

has the same status as if it was adopted at a meeting; and

20.2.2

must be regarded as having been adopted on a day determined in accordance with the procedure contemplated in subsection 19.1.
