| (1) | Every member of the professional board shall attend every meeting of the professional board, unless he or she has been granted leave by the chairperson or, in his or her absence, by the deputy chairperson, to be absent from such meeting. |
| (2) | An attendance register shall be kept by the registrar, who shall enter therein at each meeting the names of all members attending. |
