| (1) | It is an offence to fail to act in accordance with a compliance notice. |
| (2) | A regulated entity may not be prosecuted for an offence under subsection (1) if the Regulator has already imposed a price control reduction in terms of section 21 for the particular failure to satisfy a compliance notice. |
