This video is a brief but brilliant summary of what is wrong with the world financial system. The banks, being the architects of financial crises, are able to shift blame to other banks or even their own clients. After a few cursory mea culpas, it is back to business as usual. The next crisis will not be like the last. It could mean the end of the fiat currency system and the great "experiment" of quantitative easing that has impoverished the world.
