The Prudential Authority and National Treasury have provided an update on the repayment of R2.1 billion to Ithala SOC Limited depositors, with over R1.7 billion recovered since December 2025. National Treasury has implemented major reforms to the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) framework under the PFMA to accelerate infrastructure delivery.
